Our postage and packing charges cover delivery to destinations within the UK and some parts of Europe. All deliveries outside of the UK and those listed in Europe can be quoted, but please contact for this service.

Royal Mail
We aim to provide a Next Day delivery service, for items sent by Royal Mail provided your item(s) are in stock. Orders placed before 12.00pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays), but please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery.
Most orders are delivered during office hours and will require a signature; please provide an alternative address at checkout if no one will be home to sign for the parcel. Royal Mail will leave a card for where to pick up your item if you are not in.

Items sent by Special Delivery will have a tracking number.
Fed Ex
Under our standard service we aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 2-5 working days in most circumstances. Please check product pages for any special delivery information relating to specific products.
Courier services will require a signature, so please specify a delivery address where you will be able to sign for the goods. Goods that require a re-delivery from a courier ie if there is no-one at home to receive the delivery will charge each time they try to deliver the goods, so customers must ensure that they can leave in a shed/garage or ensure someone at home to take receipt of the delivery. Alternatively delivery to a work address is better. Customers will incur a surcharge for re-delivery by courier.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
We provide a tracking number for deliveries by Courier.
Please note that Courier Companies and Royal Mail only deliver between the hours of 9am-6pm; they cannot give a set time for delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
